GoPhaze01Operator and scope
GoPhaze and Phaze2 services are operated by Phaze 2 LLC, doing business as GoPhaze. Updated October 29, 2026. Unseriety is a product of the same operator, with its product terms at https://unseriety.com/legal/terms. Contact tonideb@gophaze.com for questions.
02Your account and business
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and grant employees only necessary access. You are responsible for your authority to store inventory, seller, customer and mailbox information. You keep rights to your content and permit processing needed to provide features you request.
03Acceptable use
Do not use services for fraud, unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, unlawful content or infringement. Do not upload information you have no right to process, bypass quotas or attempt to read another workspace or mailbox. We may restrict abusive access and investigate reported issues.
04Checks, pricing and availability
Device-check results depend on third-party data and can be incomplete or delayed. Review them alongside other evidence before buying a device. Any paid service must show its applicable price and confirmation before purchase; these terms do not authorize a new purchase. Development features, limits and availability may change. Keep independent copies of important data.
05Ending access and rights
Use mailbox controls or contact us from a verified owner account for data requests. Shared workspace, preserved records and copies outside our control require separate consideration. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available; no statement excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not claim any security certification or provider approval.
06Your choices and personal information
We do not sell personal information. You can request access, correction, export or deletion at any time by contacting tonideb@gophaze.com. We verify your identity and authority before acting. Shared workspace records, legal preservation, provider backups and recipient copies can limit what is removed immediately. Clearing cookies does not delete your account.
07Current service and financial connections
Public subscription checkout and automatic credit billing are not enabled. These terms do not authorize a charge. Plaid bank linking is not active in Phaze2 or Mail; Unseriety is the intended Plaid application under the same operator. Any future bank-data processing requires specific authorization. A privacy acknowledgement is not bank consent.
08Address suggestions from Google Maps
Where enabled, address autocomplete includes Google Maps features and content. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can enter an address manually without using suggestions.
