01What this notice covers
This notice covers GoPhaze, the Phaze2 dashboard and GoPhaze Mail, operated by Phaze 2 LLC doing business as GoPhaze. Unseriety has a separate product notice. We do not sell personal information.
02Appearance preference
The shared appearance script sets the gophaze-theme cookie for gophaze.com subdomains with a maximum age of one year. It stores light or dark, and saves the same preference in local storage. The cookie is Secure and SameSite=Lax. The script may refresh the preference when a page is loaded or revisited. It is not an advertising identifier.
03Dashboard sign-in
Phaze2 saves its authentication session in browser local storage under phaze2-session to keep you signed in and refresh the session. This contains sensitive session credentials; do not share browser storage. Signing out ends the local session. Account recovery, server revocation and account deletion are separate actions.
04Mail and access security
Mail authentication uses session controls for mailbox access and a restricted bridge to your signed-in GoPhaze account. Cloudflare and authentication providers may process essential cookies, request metadata and logs to deliver and secure services. Their storage is different from marketing tracking. Passkeys are held by your device or credential provider and are not cookies.
05External marketing content
The GoPhaze marketing site can request Google Fonts and load TikTok content when embedded players are used. These requests disclose network information to those providers, which may use their own storage under their policies. Account pages do not require you to interact with a social-media embed. We do not describe third-party embed processing as a zero-cookie experience.
06Your controls
You can clear cookies and site storage through browser settings or restrict third-party content. This can reset appearance and sign you out. It does not erase server-stored account, inventory or mailbox information. Request access or deletion at any time using the contact below.
07Review and changes
We review this notice after changes to authentication, storage, providers or external content. New optional tracking must be disclosed and any required choices provided before activation.
