01Scope and contact

This policy covers GoPhaze, Phaze2 and GoPhaze Mail, operated by Phaze 2 LLC under GoPhaze. Version October 29, 2026. Unseriety content follows its product retention policy at https://unseriety.com/legal/retention. Contact tonideb@gophaze.com for a verified request.

02Accounts and business records

Account, workspace, inventory and contact records remain while needed to provide the active service or until an authorized deletion request is processed. A shared business record is not automatically erased when one employee leaves. Owners must revoke staff access when it is no longer needed. We assess preservation obligations and disputes before deleting business or financial records.

03Mail and imports

Mail messages remain until removed through mailbox controls or a verified mailbox closure request is fulfilled. Folder/trash actions may first move rather than permanently erase a message. MBOX import metadata and fingerprints support safe retries; the uploaded temporary archive is removed when processing ends. Deleting an imported copy does not recall originals or copies in other mail systems.

04Device checks and audit evidence

Device reports and request records support review, billing reconciliation and duplicate-charge prevention. A seven-day repeat-check cache is a reuse window, not a promise that the underlying report is deleted on day seven. Retain unresolved provider requests until reconciled. Security and incident evidence should be minimized, access restricted and reviewed against a 12-month target, subject to applicable preservation requirements.

05Backups and limitations

Private recovery copies may exist. We do not currently publish a verified automated expiry deadline for all Phaze2/Mail backup sets. A deletion request must include an assessment of recoverable copies and steps to prevent removed information from being reintroduced. Provider-managed logs, recovery media, recipient copies and exports follow separate controls; immediate physical erasure is not guaranteed.

06Requests and review

Verify the requester and the workspace or mailbox authority, record the requested scope, process applicable active-service removal, evaluate backups and document completion or a specific exception. Contact requests are reviewed individually; this page does not claim a completed automated account-deletion flow for Phaze2. Management reviews this policy annually and after material changes, recording issues and follow-up actions.

07Your choices and personal information

We do not sell personal information. You can request access, correction, export or deletion at any time by contacting tonideb@gophaze.com. We verify your identity and authority before acting. Shared workspace records, legal preservation, provider backups and recipient copies can limit what is removed immediately. Clearing cookies does not delete your account.

08Passkeys and recovery records

Public passkey credentials, recovery digests and recovery activity are associated with the relevant product account. Verified deletion requests include assessment of these records, sessions and provider-managed authentication data. Minimal security records may be retained to prevent revoked access or removed information from being restored. Recovery in one product does not erase another product account.
